As the resident Tea Specialist at newly opened luxury Cantonese restaurant Woo Cheong Tea House, Lau makes sure guests can savour the flavours and aromas of every brew as they enjoy the restaurant’s expertly crafted dim sum and Cantonese fare in a relaxed environment.  He hopes to bring a sense of youthful innovation to traditional tea appreciation, and in doing so, write a new chapter in food and drinks culture.
